It is an important chemical product in the production of Photovoltaic Solar Energy Panels. It is a nylon-like substance used in Solar Panels, which provides adhesion of Glass, Cell and Cell Back sheet (the cover behind the panel) under temperature. After all the processes are done on the panel production line, it enters the lamination machine. Here, at 180 degrees, under vacuum, all layers adhere to each other by means of AKINAL Film. AKINAL Film melts and acts as an excellent adhesive. After this process, it is no longer possible to separate any layers, glass or cells of the solar panel.
Excellent durability (Resistant to high temperature, high humidity and weather conditions, long life) Full homogeneous adhesion between glass-cell-back sheet Excellent encapsulant in the lamination process Excellent optical transmission and transparency Excellent flexibility against physical stress during the lamination process Dielectric character
Eva Film shows homogeneous PV (photovoltaic) encapsulant property with perfect lamination between solar cell and glass and between solar cell and back sheet. Thus, it provides long-term protection with high performance and durability for the most sensitive parts of PV modules. Thanks to this feature, module durability and production efficiency are increased.
Eva Solar Film, thanks to its excellent grip and adhesion (encapsulant) feature, plays an important role in preventing the penetration of water and micro dust into the PV modules, dirt, and protects the solar cells by softening the impacts and vibrations. It provides maximum satisfaction due to its high efficiency, minimum maintenance costs and longevity.
