SMS-2 series Mobile Transformer Substations are MV/MV mobile distribution and transformer substations designed for medium power generation and distribution. Mobile Substations are specially designed according to the project requirements as trailer, platform / skid, wagon or ship type. SMS-2 Series Mobile Transformer Substations are specially designed and manufactured up to 31,5 MVA power, up to 40.5 kV primary voltage and up to 24 kV secondary voltage. Basically, they consist of the following main equipment; • Primary Medium Voltage Switchgears • Power Transformer • Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears • SCK-1 series Steel Kiosk or SCK-2 series Sandwich Panel Kiosk 3 different solutions are available for primary and secondary MV switchgears; • SNC or SMC series Air Insulated Metal Clad Switchgears • SME series Air Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgears • Gas Insulated Switchgears Power Transformer: Power transformers can be used at the voltage level suitable for the project requirements and with a maximum power of 31,5 MVA. Power transformers are especially designed and manufactured according to the Mobile application with the sizes and weight according to the international roadway rules to allow the maximum mobility. It is possible to use transformers with different connection and cooling types as oil type or dry type. Control and Protection Panels: The monitoring, control and protection of all equipment at Mobile Substation is provided by the using of interactive position indicators and mimic diagrams on this panel. This panel consists of protection relays, energy analyzers, meters, position indicators and other equipment.
