SMS-3 series Mobile Transformer Substations are HV/MV mobile distribution and transformer substations designed from over-head-line to medium voltage level power generation and distribution. Mobile Substations are specially designed according to the project requirements as trailer, platform / skid, wagon or ship type. SMS-3 Series Mobile Transformer Substations are specially designed and manufactured up to 60 MVA power, up to 245 kV primary voltage and up to 40,5 kV secondary voltage. Basically, they consist of the following main equipment; • Primary High Voltage Switching Equipment • Power Transformer • Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears • SCK-1 series Steel Kiosk or SCK-2 series Sandwich Panel Kiosk 3 different solutions are available for secondary MV switchgears; • SNC or SMC series Air Insulated Metal Clad Switchgears • SME series Air Insulated Metal Enclosed Switchgears • Gas Insulated Switchgears Primary High Voltage Switching Equipment: According to project voltage and current levels, it can be used as air-insulated or gas-insulated High Voltage Switching Equipment. Power Transformer: Power transformers can be used at the voltage level suitable for the project requirements and with a maximum power of 60 MVA. Power transformers are especially designed and manufactured according to the mobile application with the sizes and weight according to the international roadway rules to allow the maximum mobility. It is possible to use transformers with different connection and cooling types.
