Description

This labelling/capper allows the placement of one or two labels from the same reel on cylindrical or conical bottles. The bottle is centred by a star and an adjustable guide. The crimping of the caps is mechanically adjustable in height. This version of labelling machine can optionally integrate up to 3 additional stations. This great flexibility of adaptation allows it to apply in one pass: Label, back label, medal, strip, standard collar, or surrounding collar. Its equipment can be supplemented by a marking/imprinting option to insert any highly variable regulatory information (Lot number, B.B., etc.) or any promotional information. Cadence: • Up to 1,000 Bottles/hour Dimensions of the machine: • Length: 2,600 mm • Width: 800 mm • Height: 1,650 mm Possible options: • 2nd labelling station • 3rd labelling station • Surrounding or mixed collar • Stations tilting for conical products • Top cap dispenser • Bottles orientation: bottom notch or (and) optics or (and) moulding joint • Orientation of top cap before crimping • Crimping on thin neck • Automatic stopping of the application at the end of the label roll • Printing system integration
