Filter unit EURO 1 HPFH-450

This is the version with 1 bag (or drum) and 9 filtering sleeves. The upper filtering section is cased and perfectly sealed so that even the finest dust cannot get out and be dispersed in the workplace. The filtered air is expelled through an expulsion hole on the roof. With specific piping it can be connected to a chimney to expel the air, as required by laws in force. Inside the case, versions EURO 1 – HPFH 450 and HPF mount a special metal or stainless steel deflector to direct the powerful air flow and dust leaving the fan into the lower bag directly. This way the dust is not thrust towards the filtering sleeves so does not dirty them too quickly. Thanks to this deflector, you can work longer with no problems because the sleeves will remain cleaner guaranteeing excellent efficiency after hours of work. The filter is equipped with braking wheels, is very stable, easy to handle and can easily be moved to wherever it is needed. The lower collection bag can be replaced by a wheeled metal drum. This becomes very useful when you have to extract sharp shavings which could make a hole in the bag. The extraction unit needs no technical changes to use it and it can be used easily and immediately.
