Metric drilling of core holes or through holes from M10 to M 40 - our step drill DKS 40 is performing this task thoroughly and time-saving. It‘s belonging to the Alfra line with spiral groove and three cutting edges. The peeling cut ensures a better chip removal. Compared to a straight flute, the flute geometry arranged around the drill is providing a longer cutting edge. The drilling process is noticeably simplified. In addition to the high cutting performance, the spirally grooved chip chambers guarantee that the drill runs smoothly. Like all Alfra step drills, the tip of the drill is replaceable, so that the drill can be used again.
