Ti:Sapphire DBHR Mirrors are designed to reflect two wavelengths of Titan-sapphire laser. Combinations of 800, 400 and 267 nm and custom-tuned wavelengths. Custom material, size, shape, AOI, LIDT and other characteristics available.
Ti:Sapphire Dual Band (DBHR) Mirrors: Main function, ultrafast and ultra-high reflection options, production, customization and alternatives
What is the main function of Ti:Sapphire Dual Band (DBHR) Mirror ?
Single Ti:Sapphire DBHR mirror efficiently reflects two distinct Ti:Sapphire laser wavelengths at once. Alien Photonics Ti:Sapphire DBHR mirrors are very suitable in applications requiring both fundamental and harmonic wavelengths.
Ultrafast | Low GDD | Ti:Sapphire DBHR Mirrors
In ultrafast lasers systems, GDD optimized mirrors reduce pulse spread. Alien Photonics Low GDD Ti:Sapphire dual band mirrors are key components in femtosecond lasers.
Ultra-high reflection | Low Loss | R>99.99%; R>99.95% | Ti:Sapphire DBHR Mirrors
Low loss Ti:Sapphire Dual band mirrors from Alien Photonics reduce light loss and improve reflection in Ti:Sapphire lasers systems.
Alternatives to Ti:Sapphire Dual Band DBHR Mirrors
Ti:Sapphire DBHR mirrors can sometimes be changed with dielectric BBHR mirrors, especially useful while still in research stage and wavelength tuning is done quite often. For low power applications, sometimes even metallic coated mirrors (Au, Ag, Al) can be used, though lower reflection values of these mirrors should be taken into consideration. If the reflection and LIDT is very important, configurations with two Ti:Sapphire HR mirrors and dichroic mirror can be used as well.
