The ALIGA-Cooler VZ marks a new generation of highly functional cold storage doors and is suitable for use in fresh and cold storage rooms up to 0° Celsius. This door combines and unites the best features of modern rapid action doors and optimally insulated doors and gates in a single, uncompromising high-speed door. To ensure smooth operations and optimal time efficiency, the ALIGA-Cooler VZ is an elementary component, especially in heavily frequented operating areas. Thanks to the curtain balancing system, an opening speed of up to 2.5m/s and a closing speed of 1.5m/s are possible. The speeds can be set as required by the control system and automatic emergency opening in accordance with ASR 1.7 is possible. As a universal cold storage door, the ALIGA Cooler VZ combines the advantages of a rapid action door with the positive characteristics of an insulating door. The all-round seal and the door curtain consisting of three cold and heat insulating layers prevent less cold air from escaping from the cooling areas and a perfect thermal separation is achieved.
