Description

They are multiple-effect evaporators which can treat high viscosity products and obtain high concentration degrees in the final product. These machines are used in the cases where it is required to remove water from the product and when the products to be treated have medium-high viscosities. Benefits: - The particular type of circulation of the product in some of the concentration effects makes it possible to ensure significant energy savings in terms of absorbed electric power and to reduce the time of presence of the product inside the machine thus reducing the organoleptic deterioration of the product due to the thermal treatment. - The high circulation speed of the product inside the thermal exchange pipes ensures an excellent efficiency of thermal exchange. - The high efficiency of the circulation pumps of the product ensures the possibility to treat products with very high viscosities. Range: The potentiality in terms of evaporated water ranges from 4 to 100 ton/h of evaporated water Scopes: - Tomato juice - Fruit/vegetables purees - Other food and non-food products
