Description

They are multiple-effect evaporators which can treat products with a low content of suspended solids and can reach high concentration levels of the final product. These machines are used in the cases where it is required to remove water from the product and when the products to be treated have medium-low viscosities with a limited content of suspended solids. Benefits: - The particular type of circulation of the product in the concentration effects makes it possible to ensure significant energy savings in terms of absorbed electric power and to reduce the time of presence of the product inside the machine thus reducing the organoleptic deterioration of the product due to the thermal treatment. - The high circulation speed of the product inside the thermal exchange pipes ensures an excellent efficiency of thermal exchange. - The high automation level makes it possible to obtain an automatic operation of the machine and to reduce as much as possible any variations in the final concentration of the treated product.
