Years of experience have led to the development of this extractor which is particularly suitable for the separation of peels, seeds and stalks from the fruit in order to prevent any contact of the pulp with undesired substances (such as fungicides), or with coloured pigments which are particular present near the peel of certain fruit varieties. The machine is very flexible and can be adapted to the particular type of fruit treated and the squeezing requirements of the final product. It can be equipped with sieves with different holing and makes it possible to intervene on the squeezing degree in many ways (rotor speed, distance between rotor and sieve, inclination of the rotor blades), ensuring the maximum flexibility as compared to other solutions proposed by the market.
