Tomato processing line

Many years of experience have led to the development of systems for the reception, unloading and water transport of tomato and/or fruit. The product is delivered to the processing factory by means of lorries in bulk or in bins of about 300 kg, is unloaded in transport channels where, through a recirculating water flow rate, it is subjected to energetic washing operations and at the same time, is transferred to the processing lines. Benefits: - Low water consumptions thanks to the water recirculation and filtration in line. - Possibility to adjust and homogenize the flow of raw material to the working lines. - Possibility to operate several washing cycles on the raw material. - Systems for the extraction of any stones and sludge/sand. - Systems for the removal of any leaves transported with the raw material.
