They are the local I/O modules in a CompactLogix™ 5380, Compact GuardLogix® 5380, or CompactLogix 5480 system and safety options are available. These modules are the ideal distributed I/O solution on an EtherNet/IP network for CompactLogix 5380, Compact GuardLogix® 5380, CompactLogix 5480,  ControlLogix® 5580, and GuardLogix 5580 controllers with safety module restrictions. They are great for applications with high-processing requirements. Compact 5000™ standard and safety I/O modules have a refreshed lens and label appearance. This visual enhancement enables users to identify critical product information and distinctions clearly, then take appropriate action with improved ease. There are no changes to existing product specifications. The same high performance users value today, remains unchanged.  • Are available in high-speed counter, digital input, digital output, analog input, analog output, AC input, AC output, isolated and non-isolated relay output, address reserve modules, and field potential distributor • Function as local I/O in a CompactLogix™ 5380, Compact GuardLogix 5380, or CompactLogix 5480 control system or as distributed I/O accessible via a 5069-AEN2TR or 5069-AENTR over an EtherNet/IP network for CompactLogix 5380, Compact GuardLogix 5380, CompactLogix 5480, ControlLogix 5580, and GuardLogix 5580 controllers • Provide field-side power to field-side devices that are connected to some Compact 5000 I/O modules
