The Alliance rolling mill is equipment for rolling oilseeds, including soy, sunflower, cotton, peanuts, canola, among others, in order to prepare them for the mechanical extraction or solvent extraction process. This equipment contains the Alliance experience in the oilseed preparation sector, the rolling mill has a rotary dosing feeder, with a magnetic plate for separating ferrous materials, to ensure that ferrous elements do not damage the rolls, giving the rolls a longer useful life. The feeder also has a pneumatic gate, automation system and varied automatic feeding, homogenizing beaters, producing a constant layer of uniform material for the rolling mill to always work in an adequate regime. The laminating mill has a body designed to have great rigidity, which were years of studies to arrive at a structure where it does not suffer excessive vibrations, thus guaranteeing that bearings and rollers do not suffer damage due to vibrations. Bearings resting on heat-treated and rectified rulers ensure perfect parallelism between the axes.
