Description

The KinetiMax 095 High Power Density (HPD) is an outer-rotor brushless DC motor that comes in frameless stator-rotor part sets. With three stack lengths to choose from, the KinetiMax 095 HPD features a nominal output torque rating of 1.13 to 2.58 Nm, resulting in an output power of 360 to 510 Watts in its nominal working point. The compact stator-rotor set offers an ideal solution where total motor length is critical in space constrained applications. And with an efficiency rating of over 87% in its normal working area, the KinetiMax 095 HPD motor is ideal for battery-fed applications, where it helps maximize the running time per battery charge. Our KinetiMax 095 HPD motor features a large stator bore diameter of 58.5 mm, which allows for cabling to pass through the motor. Featuring a higher pole count and outer-rotor design, the KinetiMax 095 HPD motor creates a low cogging torque combined with high peak torque which improves motor behaviour in servo applications.
