Description

The DM 215 E allows for reliable and precise mixing of bio-waste, green waste, soil, bark mulch and sludge to get the required ratio. As a result, the stationary batch mixer is the perfect choice for mechanical/biological treatment plants as well as for digestion and composting facilities. Good accessibility thanks to open construction Very rugged and long-lasting frame constructed of special section tubes Replaceable anti-wear lining in the mixing chamber Simple direct drive with standard three-phase motor and amply dimensioned drive chain Great mixing performance due to intensive kneading motion and additional shredding effect due to aggressive, toothed mixing screws Weighing mechanism to regulate product composition Slide discharge for automatically controlling the discharge process Easy to operate using the manual control or by integrating into the automated system in a higher-level control Three rugged worm shafts with replaceable blades Different shaped blades for various applications RUGGED DESIGN AND GREAT MIXING PERFORMANCE The DM 215E is equipped with three worm shafts in a 15 m³ mixing chamber. When homogenizing different substrates, sludge and additives, the mixer enables a precise preparation of the mixing ratio. The DM 215E is operated as continuous or batch mixer. Exact mixtures of different substances and aggregates can be produced using the optional load cells in continuous or batch operation. Emissions are reduced by using the mixing chamber cover which can be closed hydraulically.
