The moulder mod. FP 20 is a machine which allows cylindrical or square section cheeses with weights ranging from 0.5 kg to 60 kg to be obtained and, eventually, even 100 kg cheeses. This machine is suitable to mould the following products:

The stretched curd is introduced in the hopper and by means of two counter-rotating augers is pushed towards the moulds mounted on the moulding head. During this way, pasta passes through an area equipped with a heated double jacket which maintains constant the moulding temperature. The discharging section is equipped with a special device that allows the product to be quickly and vertically discharged.
