The patented electro-hydraulic block splitters are fitted with 5 cylinders in a row. This system, developed and patented by ALMI Machine Factory, ensures that the pressure is always distributed evenly over the surface to be split, resulting in a flush and straight split. These block splitters ensure improved working conditions for the user. At the touch of a button, the most diverse types of stone are split to size in a second, without any effort. This AL43SH14 is fitted with a battery box containing a maintenance-free battery and a charger. With a charged battery you can work all day and after working hours the battery box can easily be removed from the block splitter to charge the battery at night. The block splitter uses biodegradable oil. Improved conditions The splitting height can easily be adjusted using the single spindle. The stone is placed on the spring-loaded supporting plates. These are fitted with ruler and degree distribution so that the stone can easily be split to the desired length. The AL43SH14 is electrically hydraulically powered, which means a splitting force of 14 tonnes can be achieved with the push of a button. As a result, the effort of splitting stones for pavers is reduced. Flexible blade The carbide splitting blades are flexibly adjusted. These adapt to the shape of the brick up to 4 mm unevenness, this results in flush and perfect paving. With a splitting width of 50 – 430 mm paving blocks, fire bricks and paving slabs can easily be split. Due to the large stroke length of 25 mm, the user does not have to adjust the height of the block splitter as often, making it very user-friendly. Long service life and maintenance free
