Description

Externally controlled valve for the hydrogen sector Valves for hydrogen and oxygen in electrolyser operation Pneumatically operated 2/2-way valve - Direct pressure control Designed for electrolysers - Can be used for hydrogen / oxygen - Long service life thanks to unique actuator seal design -> 35% more movements than competitive products! - Improved opening and closing times - High tightness (10-6 mbar l/s) - Body materials specially qualified for H2 and O2 - Compact and robust construction - ATEX certified - Reliable, tested sealing elements for hydrogen version - BAM certified sealing elements for oxygen version - SIL2 in progress Green hydrogen is produced by splitting hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2) from water (H2O) using electrolysers. This externally controlled valve controls the processes involved in electrolysis. A version for use in hydrogen and oxygen processes will soon be available. The valves are perfectly designed for the pressure and temperature ranges of this process. Their highly sophisticated materials ensure long service life and excellent flow properties.
