Description

Valve blocks for hydrogen applications - Hydrogen control module (-50°C, up to 1200 bar) We offer valves and solenoid valves specially developed for hydrogen applications. The range extends from low-pressure valves to high-pressure fittings, which can be used in pressure ranges up to 1000 bar or in pressure-controlled versions up to 1200 bar. Our valve solutions range from individual valves and cartridge variants to customised block solutions. In this case, different functions are combined in a single block. This eliminates many potential sources of leakage. The components and connection points are arranged according to the customer's specifications. In addition to solenoid valves, other components such as safety valves, transducers, filters, pressure gauges or manual valves can be integrated or flanged in. The compactness of this type of construction offers decisive advantages over tubular versions. Our valve solutions have been specially developed to meet the specific requirements of high-pressure hydrogen refuelling. They can be used in distribution systems as well as in compression and storage systems for hydrogen refuelling stations, and also in electrolysis and space technology.
