Description

The DS4000 Dewpoint Hygrometer is a panel mounted single-channel Indicator specifically designed to work with an Alpha Moisture Systems online Transmitter for continuous trace moisture measurement in gases and dry compressed air and dry rooms/chambers. The user can configure the DS4000 system to read in °C dewpoint, °F dewpoint, ppm(V), ppb(V), g/m³ or lbs/MMSCF. The measured value is displayed on a large five-digit LED display. The Indicator offers a selectable 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA isolated retransmission signal and two programmable alarm relays, which can be independently set across the operating range of the Transmitter. When combined with the specified Signal Isolator inside the optional Exd enclosure, the DS4000 can take readings from the intrinsically safe AMT-Ex Transmitter in hazardous areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
