The 1 BT packaging machine is a modern single station machine with the latest generation of electronics, low energy consumption, equipped with an inverter to reduce energy consumption, in compliance with the CE safety regulations and designed to allow easy cleaning and maintainance. It is controlled by an advanced Panasonic PLC control system through a 7″ colour touch screen (up to 20 programs that can be stored) that can easily set and change packaging parameters, display production data and any machine errors (self-diagnostics can be viewed directly from the screen). The structure and the frame is totally in stainless steel AISI 304 (or Aisi 316 on request) and is designed to allow an extreme ease of maintenance. In the various configurations it is suitable for filling bags with zipper, with side cap and it is possible to install several dosing units for powder, liquid, granular products etc.
