Description
The MiCOM P841 is a multipurpose device designed for multiple functions for control and back-up resistance in transmission and sub-transmission feeder bays. Management of single or dual breaker auto reclose logic schemes with synchronization check. Key features are single boxed solution for auto closure, CB failure and check synchronization. Has versatile interface with SCADA protocols and IEC 61850 providing accurate and quick monitoring, recording, control and digital communications under full feeder management. The auto reclose and breaker fail schemes are preferred to be kept discrete from the main protection relays
