ALritma is a high-performing self-adhesive label applicator which is intended for integration into packaging lines where the primary needs are reliability and production speed. ALritma labellers have been based on an all-new mechanical structure which combines versatile design with exceptional sturdiness. Three versions are available - S, M and L - for label widths up to 100, 200 and 300 mm respectively. By guaranteeing that label positioning is accurate irrespective of high production speeds, the label driving group can fully exploit the stepper motor features. The web threading is simplified by the side access. A powerful microprocessor equipped with a touch-screen display controls the applicator. The display visualizes the most frequently used parameters simultaneously by way of function keys which enable advanced functions without the operator having to make complicated manual adjustments. This makes format changeovers considerably faster.
