The 311A model is a type of RTD calibrator. The device can read intermittent current pulses on Rosemount 3144 Smart Transmitters and Honeywell STT series. The device works on machines that uses pulsed excitation currents such as PLCs, DCSs, and multi channel recorders. The device has an excitation current of 0.09 to 10.2mA. The Pt 100 ohms consist of a 1.3850 DIN/IEC 751/JIS 1604-1989 while Pt 100 ohms has 1.3916 Old JIS 1604-1981. The Pt 100 ohms has 1.3902 US Industrial, Burns while Pt 100 ohms has 1.3926 US Lab. Cu 10 ohms has 1.4274 Minco while Cu 50 ohms has 1.4280 China. The device is compatible with eight platinum, copper and nickel sensors. The device has a three output settings which can be instantly recalled due to its user-settable quik cheks®.
