Multi Axis Accelerometers For simultaneous measurement of acceleration in three perpendicular axes. Multi axial sensors are offered as MEMS or piezo crystal. The piezoelectric accelerometers contain three sensing elements in one housing. This allows the accelerometers to sense vibration at 3-axis simultaneously. Providing a full spectrum of data on horizontal, vertical and axial vibration levels at a single mounting location. Characteristics of the piezoelectric accelerometers: high level of sensitivity, low frequency limit and very low noise. Characteristics that makes these accelerometers particularly suited for sensitive measurement at buildings and monitoring of machinery. Operating temperature: -50 up to +120 °C. Range: ±12 g.
