The Cartesian Palletizer is built and studied with high resistance and durability mechanics, to work uninterrupted even in the most particular situations and environments with maximum reliability. Entirely driven by brushless motors and low-backlash planetary gearboxes specially sized for every request and type of application and where required also with IP65-67 protection. The palletizer is able to carry out productions with millimeter precision up to a palletization height of 3.000mm even with interlocking boxes / crates. On request it is also able to carry out high productions exceeding 20 pieces / minute. The product gripper can lift up to a maximum load of over 60kg and, where required, even over 100kg. Each gripper is always specially designed for each type of application, and its 300 ° rotation allows any type of composition inside the pallet.
