Processed products: EVERY TYPE OF SALT, BACON CUP WITH TOTALLY IRREGULAR SHAPES AND SIZES EVEN IN THE LABELING PROCESS OF THE SAME PRODUCTION The labeling machine moves in total autonomy and safety, totally removing the operator's manual skills where the criticality and effort is heavier and more intense, removing any risk of injury to the operator and significantly speeding up and optimizing precision and productivity. The products are manually loaded onto a belt, and subsequently weighed (if necessary) dynamically. The weight detected for each product is transmitted to a printing system and printed in the appropriate area. In addition to the weight, all the data and / or codes relating to each type of product can be printed on each individual adhesive label, which is subsequently applied to each product. The whole machine is able to manage automatically and in real time, through a PLC software system, the total tracking of all the individual incoming products and all related data: weight, date, ingredients etc. and send the data collected to any management and / or PC. All frames, structures and machinery are made of AISI 304, anodized aluminum and food-grade plastic material and incorporate the latest design requirements in terms of speed, accessibility, safety and ease of cleaning. The automatic labeling machine is built and made functional in all its parts in compliance with all applicable regulations in terms of safety and accessibility, and where possible in respect of the environment and energy saving and recovery.
