The Bubbling washing machine has been designed and built to wash fresh and leafy vegetables with the use of natural water and the aid of pneumatic air.
The product reaches the washing machine in the rear part of the tank previously filled with water.
At this point, a pre-washing phase begins with the aid of compressed air supplied by a special blower, designed to create a sort of whirlpool, which has the function of roughing out the product from any residual earth present.
The bubbling or gurgling of the water together with a jet of water in the rear part, push the product towards the detangler and through a comb belt it accompanies it on the first rinsing belt.
This belt carries the product out of the water level, in the upper part a series of nozzles carry out a first rinse and then it falls onto the second belt.
Also in this case, a further rinsing is carried out in the upper part and subsequently the product precipitates in the machine following the tank.
The dirty water is made to flow at the end of the cycle, by means of a special butterfly valve, into a purification plant.
