Wood pelleting plant

AMANDUS KAHL looks back on many years of experience in the field of wood pelleting: From design, planning and production to delivery and assembly, the North German company takes over the complete process flow. The machine manufacturer produces pelleting presses in 16 different sizes with a drive power from 3 kW to 630 kW. Thus, a capacity of up to 12 t/h can be reached. Depending on the input product, the plants differ in their design - but there are hardly any limits: The processing of dried wood shavings, sawdust, wood chips or even whole tree trunks is no problem. For the pelleting of tree trunks, for example, the process would include debarking, wet chipping, drying, grinding, pre-conditioning and only then pelleting. This is followed by cooling, storage and loading. Of course, we can supply you with all the machines upstream and downstream of the wood pelleting press.
