Amerlab specialized the level sensor developed for acid evaporation experiments. The sensor can maintain its precision even with very low liquid volume such as when the evaporation process nears its end. With this unique level sensor, the AE100's endpoint identification triggers the heater stop and forces air cooling automatically.
Comprehensive Excellence
Exceptional efficiency
AE100 evaporates the acid under negative pressure. Within 40 minutes, it can evaporate 10mL nitric acid to 1.5mL. Additionally, warming up and cooling down are rapid. 20 samples can be processed in about an hour!
Incomparable uniformity
The AE100 is optimized for both heating and gas distribution. Differences between samples are minimized to ensure a consistent rate of evaporating. The following are the testing results. The default endpoint is 1.5mL.

Acid waste recycling
With an excellent recovery rate, a large amount of acid vapor evaporated by the AE100 is very pure. In response to the risk of a room full of toxic fumes, the AE100 is equipped with Amerlab's proprietary acid vapor scrubber. The acid vapor is condensed, collected, neutralized, online pH monitored and alkaline sorbent neutralized before being discharged. With this device, the AE100 does not need a fume hood.
