The ta5000 series of isothermal gas chromatographs is available in two models, offering either a reduction gas detector or flame ionization detector.
Measuring at a low detection limit, these analyzers provide extremely sensitive measurements from parts-per-million (ppm) to low parts-per-billion (ppb) levels, and negligible matrix effects from permanent gases.
Using a reduction gas detector, the ta5000R provides measurements for hydrogen, carbon monoxide and unsaturated hydrocarbons. The flame ionization detector in the ta5000F monitors carbon dioxide, methane and non-methane hydrocarbons.
Configurable for a wide range of trace gas monitoring applications, the ta5000 series offers solutions for markets in the hydrocarbon processing, industrial gas, LCD/OLED display manufacturing and semiconductor industries.
EXPANDABLE SYSTEM
The ta5000 can be interfaced with the Sigma 4000 multipoint stream selector to monitor several sampling points. The on-board microprocessor controls the stream selector, stores calibration parameters and processes data in a variety of formats.
CONFIGURABLE HARDWARE
In order to perform highly specialized tasks, the ta5000 offers several configurations of its chromatographic hardware, alongside a choice between reduction gas and flame ionization detectors
ROBUST MONITORING SOLUTION
Able to fit a traditional 19-inch industrial rack installation, the ta5000 is designed for continuous operation. It is sturdy enough to be transported into the field for surveys or spot tests, and has a dedicated sample processing system and on-board data analysis electronics.
