The WDG 1200/integral electronics Insitu and the WDG 1210/remote electronics Insitu are rugged, reliable flue gas analyzers that use trusted zirconium oxide sensor technology for net oxygen (O2) measurements.
The unique sensor design allows the entire sensor assembly, including the heater, to be removed without disturbing the outer protection tube which remains in the process. This makes field service fast and easy.
With a 310 stainless steel outer probe tube, no abrasion shield is needed for most applications. A zirconium oxide sensor measures oxygen. The controller features precision temperature control for optimum stability, built-in diagnostics, and over-temperature protection.
Offering internal diagnostics, Modbus interface and a 4-20 mA output as standard, the WDG 1200 Insitu and 1210 Insitu deliver reliable solutions for the hydrocarbon processing, pharmaceutical and power and steam generation industries.
RELIABLE FLUE GAS ANALYSIS
Both analyzer models use an industry-proven zirconium oxide O2 sensor, which provides years of service in the most challenging applications, with minimal maintenance. Precision temperature control also ensures optimum stability and over-temperature protection.
FIELD SERVICEABLE DESIGN
The internal probe sensor and components are field serviceable, with no need to remove the instrument from the process flange. No need to return the probe to the factory for repair eliminates expensive downtime.
VERSATILE USER INTERFACE
The WDG 1200 Insitu and 1210 Insitu both offer analog output, Modbus communications and diagnostic fault indication as standard.
