Andon communication tools help connect the shop floor to top floor. Operators can use tablets equipped with Amper’s Operator Interface to call a specific team, like Maintenance or Quality, to get help when issues arise.
Track how long it takes for an issue to be resolved
Once a call is placed to a team, the operator can use the Operator Interface to see if the call has been claimed and by who, as well as monitor the time it takes to fix the problem.
Hold all teams accountable
Use the Call Response Explorer to understand which teams or individuals are meeting their target response times and who is missing the mark.
