Description

Smart 18-Channel VIS+NIR Spectral_ID Sensor with Electronic Shutter Features Integrated interference filters directly deposited on standard CMOS silicon 3 chip set delivering 18 VIS and NIR channels from 410nm to 940nm each with 20nm FWHM Integrated microcontroller on chip and low power consumption 2 integrated LED drivers per Sensor Selectable UART or I²C Interface Master-Slave-Slave sensor communication in-factory calibrated Benefits Stable filter conditions over temperature and life time Detection of spectral fingerprints in visible + near infrared spectrum Signal processing on chip, reduced hardware costs Sample illumination without external LED driver Easy connecting to mobile devices or external µController Only one client from host perspective for sensor communication Product parameters Sensor Type: 3 chips, each 6 channels 410-940nm Application(s): Authentication, analysis, spectroscopy I/O: UART or I²C slave digital Interface Package: 20-pin LGA Size [mm]: 4.5 x 4.7 x 2.5 Supply Voltage [V]: 2.7 to 3.6 Temperature Range [°C]: -40 to +85 General Description The AS7265x family incorporates 3 chips to deliver an 18-channel multi-spectral sensing array covering wavelengths from 410nm to 940nm. The AS72651 covers NIR wavelengths from 600nm to 870nm and serves as the master controller for the set. When combined with the AS72652 (spectral response from 560nm to 940nm) and the AS72653 (spectral response from 410nm to 535nm) the full set delivers 18-channels with FWHM of 20nm.
