Description

Axial drives Our multi-stage spur gearboxes are characterised by maximum performance data and the very short design and thus represent an ideal alternative to right-angled drives. With their specific design, our axial drives are ideal for example, for wheelchairs that cannot use right-angle gearmotors. Their high efficiency and very straight controllability make the axial drives ideal for front wheel drive wheelchairs. Due to these qualities and the compact design, the axial drives are a reliable option for other applications, too. Technical data: •High power efficiency (up to 85%) •Output speed from 100 to 211 rpm (revolutions/minute) •Low noise level (less than 58db at idling speed) •Rated power from 200 - 650 Watt •Various output shaft diameters up to 20 mm •Total load capacity up to maximum 150 kg per drive (which means with 2 integrated drives for example in a wheelchair up to maximum 300 kg) •Motors with 4 pole design •Operating voltage 24 V DC •Lifetime lubrication •Holding brakes •with manual release by lever or rope •12V or 24V •braking torque 4Nm •braking torques on the output shaft from 68Nm to 80Nm •Other options available •Customized design solutions available upon request
