The premade pouches packaging/filling and closing machine has a rotary operation and also six working positions. It is ideally suited for taking care of flat and doypack style pouches. The touch screen and SIEMENS PLC ensure that users have an easy operation of the machine. It has frequency conversion for speed adjustment and there is also the no-pouch or no-open pouch no-filling/seal function in place. The bag width adjustment is motorized entirely. The plastic bearings are oil free and all teh product or bad containing portions are made entirely out of stainless steel (SS304). The machine can pack granulate like products, liquids, pastes, and powders. It is suitable for film materials like PE, PP, paper and can work well with bags having dimension of dimensions of L(200-450)xW(200-300)mm at a speed of 20-30 pcs/minute. The power parameters are: 380V and 3.5KW.
