The AMTEC FILLINGmachine is basically a fully automatic straight transport triple auger filler. It can accommodate a bag weight and quantity of Ø(40-130)xH60-260) mm and 0-150 pcs/min respectively. It uses a 380V / 4.5KWKW power and 0 compressed air for smooth functioning. The over-all machine dimension are L2813xW1535xH2715 mm mm including a shrink tunnel. The unit also offers easy cleaning, movable conveying platform and recycle funnel. It can be used in several areas like automatic container feeding, precision positioning, container lifting, vibration, filling, weighing feedback, sorting,container outfeed etc. Other added advantages of this system includes PLC control, precision servo system, dosing technique: screw and load cell feedback, removable glass cover, stainless steel etc. The unit accommodates 2 packaging modes: High Speed or High Accuracy. Additionally it offers a filling range of 10-500g and a accuracy of +/- 0.3-1% (high speed mode). It also has an in-built Wi-Fi function, remote control and data download system.
