Description
The Vertiwrap complete stick system is a type of vertical multilane system. It consist of dosing machines with 6 manufacturing lanes. These lanes make stick-packs with its back center sealing to pack liquids such as water, vinegar, etc.
The system has a colored touchscreen made with OMRON PLC. Its pneumatic parts is made of AIRTAC. It is equipped with OMRON temperature PID, SCHNEIDER and OMRON electronic parts.
The machine is made of stainless steel SS304. It also has a film pulling and AB converter control. It includes a hot printing coder with 2 lines and 10 characters.
The machine is suitable on all kinds of BOPP/PE and laminated films. It has a bag size with a length of 50-350 mm and a width of 10-68 mm. It uses 220 V, 4.5KW power.
