Description
The AMTEC VERTIwrap PRO-version Machine is basically high Performance vertical packaging machine for tetraeder and pillow bags. It can accommodate a bag weight and quantity of L(50-230) x W(60-160) mm and 0-50 pcs/min respectively. It uses a 220V / 3.5KW power and 0.3m³ / 6bar compressed air for smooth functioning. The over-all machine dimension are L1100xW1400xH2220
Other added advantages of this system includes OMRON PLC, interactive 9.7"-LCD touch panel display, SCHNEIDER and OMRON electronic components, servomotor film pulling, pneumatic sealing unit, vertical and horizontal sealing innovative rotation sealing system for triangle bag,AIRTAC pneumatics and OMRON PID temperature control etc.
The unit is designed to offer a sealing width of 10mm and searate cutting with stainless steel (SS304) brushed 10-head-0.5-liter-multiscale. It also houses a 9.7" touchscreen and a capacity of storing 100 program settings.
