The VERTIwrap Machine Quad 50XL is a vertical packing machine that has been designed for use in producing stand-up bags that have a rectangular base in addition to four sealed sides (quad-seal). The unit is fitted with a high-efficiency PLC controller and touchscreen monitor for easy use, and the intelligent digital temperature modules guarantee a very strong seal every time. The bag sizes of this unit are 60-350mm x 75-160mm x 40-65mm, the sealing width (S) is 3-6mm (added to the bag size), and the film width is 2xL + 2xW + 8xS = 280-520mm. The unit also features a quick change bag former unit, a servomotor sealing unit and servomotor film transport, all of which ensure quick and reliable productivity.
