Amtec VERTIwrap machine Liquid Doypack with Cap is a vertical form and filling system. It has been designed for filling of liquids in bags of Doypack-style (stand-up pouch). It has a built-in system for adding caps. For high viscosity liquids, a liquid dosing device is included. It can handle a variety of films such as PE/PA/PET, PE/PA, PE/PET, PE/BOPP, PE/AL/PET, etc. The machine has a computer-controlled pneumatic transmission system. It is easy to operate and adjust. Packaging volume is between 100 to 550 ml, and bag size (LxW) is 120-180 x 100-150 mm. It runs at a speed of 15-25 pcs/min with +/- 1.5% accuracy. Power supply is 220V, 1.0KW. Compressed air requirement is 0.4m³ with maximum 6bar. Machine LxWxH is3700x1000x2550mm and weight of 400kg. Deviation from displayed image are possible.
