Flexible combination of bagger and in line palletizer. BCM/BCMS: Automatic bagging machine, self-made bag from rolls of thermo-shrinkable film. CPZ: compact palletizer with in line displacement and customized gripper with frame to collect bags. Autonomy of standard machine: two complete pallets. Type of packaging: Bags. BCMS bagger: steady bottles, low production rates. BCM bagger: steady and unsteady bottles, medium/high production rates. Pallet height: up to 3m. Additional equipment’s: • Heating Tunnel for shrinking bags Mod. 60HR1000-1200. • Shrinking pistols. From 2 to 5 units depending on the compaction requirements. • Automatic micro-perforation system to allow the easy opening of bags. • Tray, top frame, or sheet warehouses. • Automatic tray former with hot glue application. • Automatic plastic sheet supply between layers (from roll of film) to protect the bottles neck from touching the cardboard. • Pallet warehouse. • Output roller or chain conveyor for pallet accumulation or transportation to wrapping/strapping area. • Automatic wrapping machine integration. • Automatic strapping machine integration. • Mobile carriage to cover different palletizing lines for transporting pallets long-distance without obstructing transit areas with fix conveyors.
