Flexible palletizing for packs, boxes or filled bottles by an anthropomorphic robot, generally installed at the end of the filling line. It is a fully automatic palletizing system and includes the supply of cardboard or plastic sheets to separate the different levels on the pallet. It is also possible to include an automatic pallet supply. The system includes: • Packs/boxes/bottles conveyor from the line to the pick-up area. • Anthropomorphic robot, model selected depending on line specifications. • Gripper designed depending on line requirements. Adjustable to different formats without changing parts and flexible to handle bottles, packs, boxes, pallets, or sheets. The RA-U series robots have a “hoof” type gripper, collecting the product from the bottom. It allows the pick-up of one or several rows in each cycle, as the processing of certain products that cannot be processed with the lateral pressure gripper, because of its deformation or instability in this process. The gripper has a rammer holding the load and a posterior guide with servo motorized movements, allowing the adjustment by screen for the format change. Optionally, it can include: • Automatic pallet warehouse • Pallet conveyor and end of line (wrapping, strapping, labeling).
