The Centor Easy R edition of force gauges are customized to satisfy the production requirements of its clients. This line provides numerous features which are savored today for Quality Control like reading ease with wide background visual display, RS232 output, memory of the previous 100 values and ability to set thresholds with visual and sound alarm systems. It is a highly productive analysis chain, which allows it to exploit a sampling rate of 1,000 Hertz with a resolution of 1/10,000 FS and a total error of less than 0.1% FS. A modern statistics feature is developed on the modern Centor Easy versions, the mean and standard difference of the present batch are analyzed and displayed after each measurement. All the values of the production batch are stored in the memory and can be transferred to a computer by the RS232 interface.
