Marking tool

Useful tool for marking uneven and along rough surfaces providing a large font (Legible font size starts at 5mm) along with wide line thickness and a hardness of up to 50 HRC. The workpiece unevenness stands at 7 mm and unevenness is compensated for. The marking speed will run up to 200 m/min with spindle speed of 0 300 rpm also allowed. The workpiece surface can be machined wet or dry. Features of the AMF-Writer are they come with reinforced guides along with a broader special needle. Setting is made continuously via the knurled nut and is determined through a scale. Because of the setting capability of the knurled nut, the tool is perfectly suitable for medium and small lot sizes. Tool is preferably received into 20 mm collets and weldon holders.
