Permanent suspended magnets, ASPs, may be used on all bulk products, on conveyors, vibrating lines or chutes. They are intended for : protecting the plant against ferromagnetic parts magnetic refinement of products. Thin and average layers are processed. Ferrous parts should be in small or extraordinary quantities. ASPs are suitable for : recycling industries (wood, glass, plastics, cable, etc.) quarries, mines and cement works. the paper industry, the food - processing industry. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The magnetic circuit of ASPs consists of : a machine-welded steel yoke of high permeability, a magnetic body consisting of ferrite magnets with high field value. The unit is locked with synthetic resin in a non - magnetic box. A moving rubber guard makes it easier to extract by hand the magnetic bodies drawn out by the ASPs. INSTALLATION METHOD ASPs can be suspended using chains, cables or straps and eyebolts with shackles. They are installed either crossways where the product unwinds or at conveyor chutes.
