PSD18-410 High accuracy pressure sensors with analog/digital output For water and aggressive media applications. The PSD18-410 pressure sensor series is optimally suited for industrial applications such as vacuum technology, pneumatics and hydraulics. These are applications where water and aggressive media must be measured at low pressures (< 200 mbar) or at higher pressures up to 7 bar. The compact PSD18-410 is an oil-filled stainless steel sensor having a diameter of only 18 mm, and is thus very well suited for tight space applications. The sensor is delivered with extended temperature compensation and thereby achieves full-scale accuracies below 0.75% depending on the measurement range and over a large temperature range from 0…85°C. Besides offering calibrated and compensated high-accuracy PSD18-410 pressure sensors with both analog (0.5…4.5 V) and digital (I2C) output, Pewatron also offers uncompensated versions. These are delivered with integrated solder pads or leads for maximum user flexibility. Overload and burst pressure ratings of the PSD 18-410 series are superior to any other pressure sensor technology. Ratings offered are 5-15 times the rated pressure. Silicone oil is used as the fill fluid. On request or if regulations require it, the sensors can also be filled with other oils, such as food compliant oil in accordance with FDA regulations.
