Nylon V String Belt Brush
This brush is also known as trapezoidal belt brush. Nylon bristles are planted as tufts on flexible PU core. We can produce it to be any length accoridng to your machine size, open or closed belt. There are mainly there types core size: A(13mm*8mm), B(17mm*11mm) and C(22mm*14mm). The photos we uploaded here is a C type core. Other core sizes are also available, such as 20mm*12mm, 8mm*5mm, 10mm*6mm... When the core width is small, we can make 1 row bristle. While the core is wide enough, we can make 2 or 3 rows bristle.
