Pre-press baler series - Single Prepress Flap baler line MULTI-PURPOSE USE Overview: Multi-purpose Pre-press baler line contains all the developments from ANIS “Med & High load baler series” shearing press with the addition of pre-compression flaps. It offers cutting with the shear blades and pre-pressing with two options such as single prepress flap or with double lateral prepress flaps. The press strength is from 60 up to 200 tons and three types of bale dimensions: 750 x 750 mm, 1100 x 750mm, and 1100 x 1100 mm. Highlights of PRE-COMPRESSION FLAPS •To increase the infeed density when processing low density materials such as plastics the pre-press flaps are used which result in higher throughputs. •Even in processing bulky high-density material the pre-pressing flaps are used to push the material below the level of the blade making processing easier. •makes it possible to bale material without using a shredder (e.g. large cardboard boxes) Pre-compression methods are used by: •Single Big pre-pressing Flap series – at the rear of the filing opening •Double lateral pre-press Flaps series – on the both sides of the filing opening DISTRIBUTORS WANTED IN FREE AREAS Single Prepress Flap series •The material difficult to press can be processed smoothly •Extremely high capacity regardless of input material per cycle •No need of cover slots on the press plate •High rotation flap construction, significantly more pressing force •filling opening 1.600 mm MOST SUITABLE FOR: For multi-purpose use that can process all types of large volume materials (large cardboard boxes), without any problems.
